Answer the Jonne&Minne public transport customer satisfaction survey 

Local transport in the Hamina–Kotka region has undergone reforms in recent years. Tell us what you think about public transport in the Hamina–Kotka region. The survey is intended for everyone who uses local transport in the Hamina–Kotka region, i.e. local transport in the Kotka, Hamina and Pyhtää areas. The survey does not apply to, for example, train transport and long-distance bus transport.

If necessary, you can also answer the survey using a paper form. Forms are available at Waltti service points (Hamina's Rinkeli service point, Kotka's Ruori service point, and Pyhtää Library).   

You can respond to the survey until October 29, 2025. 
It will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and participation!
