The Uusi-Summa sports hall project continues – the City of Hamina takes on the role of general contractor

The bankruptcy of the original main contractor interrupted the construction of the Uuden-Summa sports hall and caused unpleasant delays to the project. However, the City of Hamina has taken action: we will ensure the continuation of the work and take on the responsibility of the construction contractor ourselves.

With this solution, we aim to minimize schedule delays and ensure that the construction work is completed in an orderly manner. We are currently establishing a new schedule for the project.
