Kela remote service point

Remote service is Kela's customer service via remote connection and is intended for all residents of Hamina. In the remote service, you can speak with a Kela service specialist via a computer video and audio connection. You can submit Kela applications even if you do not have online banking credentials. Bring a photo ID card or passport to verify your identity. Copying and other services are not available. You must submit the attachments to Kela applications yourself.

Kela's remote service point is located in the Ohjaamo premises at Rauhankatu 8 (staircase B in the courtyard).

The remote service point is open without an appointment during Ohjaamo's opening hours:

Mon – Wed 12-15 pm.
