The booking program is changing!

We are gradually transitioning to a new space reservation program.
The road from Hamina to Timmi leads to Asia. : )

In the future, space reservations will also work on your smartphone, and when you reserve spaces for exercise or gatherings, you pay for the reservation and at the same time receive an access code to the spaces.

First step:
summer field shifts and facility shifts, application by March 23, 2025
(random shifts search from May ->)

Second step:
winter gym, pool and ice shifts, search in May
(random shifts available from August ->)

Third step:
Starting in June, all current facilities in Timmi will be moved to Asio, Timmi will be decommissioned at the end of May

Next steps:
no matter what facilities and functions are added to Asio...

Asio works differently – much simpler – than Timmi. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER for Asio, you can just book shifts from there. Registration is handled when booking a shift.

So due to the gradual nature of the change… please be patient with your summer bookings 🙂
