The renovation of winter outdoor sports facilities has progressed at a good pace.

The renovation of winter outdoor sports facilities has progressed in Hamina, and skating is possible at the Annankatu field, Kirkkojärvi, and the Asema and Uuden-Summa schools. Of the rinks, the Ilmarinkatu rink in the city center and the Husula rink are in good condition.

The tracks in Tarmola and Ruissalo are still being prepared, meaning they are not yet in skiing condition. The Ruissalo cannon snow track is expected to be completed over the weekend.

The city does not separately clog the Tarmola walking paths, but they remain open when people are walking there.
