Pyhältö elementary school

Pyhällö School is a cozy rural school that takes the village community and the surrounding nature into account in its operations. In addition to high-quality basic education, there are daycare services, a preschool and regular day activities for the elderly under the same roof. The school's cozy yard has playgrounds for all ages, an ice skating rink, a football field and a hut. A small school garden is being built in the yard.

Pyhällö School is located along Highway 26, halfway between Hamina and Taavetti, approximately 25 km from the center of Hamina. The school building was built in 1985, and the building's ventilation and heating systems were renovated in the 2010s.
