Where are we going, Hamina? Come join us for an open discussion in Kasper Hall!

Many issues related to the city's decisions and their implementation have surfaced in Hamina during the spring. For example, service network issues, rent revisions for office premises, and adaptation measures understandably raise concerns, questions, and sometimes misunderstandings.

The city aims to communicate the city's decision-making to its residents as well as possible. In order to enable discussions on the issues decided upon to be held in a more participatory manner, the city will organize discussion event in the Kasper Hall of the main library on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 7 p.m. and will offer every city resident the opportunity gives its views on major measures taken through decision-making.
