Schools start in Hamina on August 12th – a warm welcome to the new school year

Hamina's pre-school, primary and secondary education are already preparing for the start of the new academic year. The autumn semester will start on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 9:00.

This school year, 125 children will start preschool and 132 new first-graders will start basic education. 81 new students will start Hamina upper secondary school.
