The Ham is Ready for Christmas! campaign is underway
The popular ham swimming campaign at the Fortress swimming hall is starting!
The campaign aims to inspire people of all ages in Hamina to take up swimming and water sports. Water is a versatile and effective way to exercise. For example, water helps with weight management and is a joint-friendly form of exercise.
The campaign period is November 22nd - December 16th, 2021.
The campaign table is on the wall of the swimming pool. Write your name on the table. Each performance will be marked on the table with a cross after your name.
One performance is
- 50m swim
- half an hour of water running
- half an hour of water aerobics
Awards
During the campaign, 10 visits/performances will enter you into the Christmas ham raffle.
In addition, other prizes will be raffled among all participants. The draw will take place on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 8 am.
