City audit committee
The council shall appoint an audit committee to organize the audit of administration and finances and the evaluation. The chairman and vice-chairman of the committee must be authorized.
The Audit Committee shall prepare an evaluation plan and submit an evaluation report to the Council each year, presenting the results of the evaluation. The evaluation report shall be discussed by the Council in connection with the financial statements. The Committee may also submit other reports to the Council on the results of the evaluation that it deems necessary.
