Agenda
The meeting agenda will be published on the Hamina website at least three days before the meeting, unless the institution's rapporteur decides otherwise for a special reason.

Minutes
The minutes are published on the Hamina website after they have been officially reviewed and approved. The minutes of the council, town board and committees, together with the attached instructions for rectification or appeal instructions, are kept available for viewing on the Town of Hamina's website after review, unless otherwise provided for by the confidentiality provisions. A municipal member is deemed to have been informed of the decision seven days after the minutes are available for viewing on the public information network (the town website).
