International youth work
Hamina Youth Services also organizes international youth activities. Youth Services utilizes the project channels of the International Mobility and Cooperation Expert and Service Organization CIMO in the implementation of its international projects.
Group meeting
A youth group meeting is an international youth meeting planned and implemented together as a group, with the theme being a shared hobby or other interest. The idea is that you gather a group of like-minded Finnish young people, find partners for yourself from another European country and together plan a meeting of your own design in your own free time.

Volunteer service
Voluntary service is intended for young people over 18 who are willing to work in a multicultural environment and do unpaid work in exchange for housing and food. Voluntary service projects of various lengths and themes are organized around the world. The projects involve work for a non-profit organization. Participants are not required to have any special education or local language skills, and they may be paid a small amount of pocket money for their work. Voluntary service is organized in cooperation with the European Solidarity Corps.
- There has been one volunteer in Hamina in the fall of 2019. Suzanne, from the Netherlands, volunteered at Hamina Youth Services and Hamina Teen Circus.
