Pappilansaari Nature Trail

A nature trail approximately 700 m long runs through the central parts of Pappilansaari's Front Island and southern shore. Front Island is part of the Pappilansaari-Lupinlahti Natura 2000 -area and has also been established as its own Pappilansaari Nature Reserve.

Pappilansaari-Lupinlahti is a wide and shallow bay and at the same time a valuable wetland. Etusaari has an exceptionally diverse and representative vegetation, comprising a nationally valuable traditional biotope and fine, rare coastal meadows thanks to grazing.
