Frisbee golf courses
There are four frisbee golf courses in Hamina. The Ruissalo course is maintained by the Hamina sports facilities, the Pyhällön course by the Pyhällön Pyry organization, and the Neuvottoman course by Neuvottoman Tarmo. The Uuden-Summan frisbee golf course is a joint effort of local enthusiasts and sports facilities.

The Neuski Frisbee Golf Course is a 12-hole B1-level course located on the terrain of the Neuvoton fitness course.

Pyhällöntie 380, 49660 Hamina
The Pyhältö frisbee golf course is the newest of the tracks in Hamina. The 9-lane track was built in 2018 in the vicinity of Pyhältö school, modeled after a dirt track. The park track is classified C1.
A special feature of the Pyhältö course is fairway number seven, where the basket is in the middle of the ruins of an old sawmill. -
Kiekkokuja 1, 49410 Hamina
An 18-hole A2 frisbee golf course established in Hamina in May 2010 and expanded in 2012.
The track is located in the Ruissalo Sports Centre. The track starts from the ice rink parking lot, where it also ends. The lengths of the lanes vary between 48 and 144 meters.
Some of the fairways are located in the well-maintained park-like grassy areas of the sports center, while others are located in the forested and rocky terrain of the adjacent ski area and Myllyvuori Mountain, which offers differences in elevation.
There are sometimes many other outdoor enthusiasts in the sports center area and on the trails. Please be careful and consider other users!

The Uusi-Summa disc golf course is an 18-hole course built in 2021.
