Jukola training

The Jukola training roll call brings together joint exercises and events intended for working-age people.
Of course, young and old are also welcome, not forgetting whole families!

Jukola workouts are a training program implemented in collaboration with clubs and @liikkuvahamina, which gets working-age people moving in Hamina and the surrounding areas. Through guided workouts, you will receive tips for independent training as you become familiar with the sports and exercise environments.

The training is aimed at the Jukola and Venlo relay in Kotka on June 13-14, 2026. You can come along even if you are completely new to orienteering and you could never imagine participating in the Jukola relay event as an orienteer!
Fortunately, there are many other things to do at the event – come and enjoy the 40.000-person event as a spectator or as a volunteer!

We exercise in different environments, trying out different sports. The main goal is to learn to utilize the region's exercise opportunities while developing functional and work abilities. The main target group of the exercises is adults, but people of other ages are also welcome to join!

Jukola training sessions are generally free, but there are also paid training sessions and events on the calendar.
Everyone picks the ones that suit them best and joins according to their own schedule.

The workouts are on a roll call, where you can sign up to receive messages about the events if you wish.
Or you can register for the training in question without logging in.
More workouts are coming, so follow the roll call or @liikkuvahamina on Instagram!
