A personal culture benefit card only allows the purchase of tickets for your own use.
Series tickets
1 ticket bundle costs €40,00 (5 x €8)
Series tickets are valid for 6 months.
Series tickets are also sold at the Customer Service Office Rinkeli.
Kaikukortti (The Kaiku-card for Cultural Events)
20 tickets/month have been reserved for distribution to Kaikukortti holders at Kino Hamina.
During summer 2026, tickets can be booked as follows: week 24, Tuesday 9.6 & Wednesday 10.6 from 9 am to 15 pm.
Tickets can be reserved for the above weeks by calling tel. 040 526 2165 (9 a.m.-15 p.m.).
Tickets are valid for 6 months from redemption and you can redeem them Online service from Rinkeli.
The fall 2026 distribution schedules will be published during June-July.
Our history
Film activities at the Temperance House were started by HRY (Hamina Temperance Association) HRY's Kino under the name 2.2.1924.
In the 50s and early 2000s, the property underwent several renovations (extensive repairs), including the theater hall of the Sobriety House: (new benches, screen, hall lighting, and sound system), and later a digital projector.
In 1932, the name of the cinema was changed from HRY's Kino to Kino Helo due to a naming competition held at the time, but later, after the property was transferred to the ownership of the city of Hamina, the operations are currently run under the name Kino Hamina.
