Senior Citizens' Week 2026

National Senior Citizens' Week will be celebrated in Hamina from 5 to 9 October 2026 with the theme Everyday Encounters. The patron of the event in Hamina is Suvi Takkinen, Director of Education and Training. Senior Citizens' Week will take place all over Hamina, come along and enjoy culture, music, community and physical activities! The Senior Citizens' Week program will culminate in the main party in the Simeon Hall on Thursday 8 October starting at 2 pm.
