Promoting Wellbeing informs 9/2025
In promoting well-being, our goal is to increase the participation of local residents and cooperation with organizations, associations and various industries.
Exercise groups start the week of September 15.9th – registration begins September 2.9nd at 9 am
The sports groups of the sports services will start this autumn the week of September 15th and will last until December 12th, 2025.
The groups are largely similar to last spring.
New are the Husula groups, which are held on the fitness equipment in the hall of the Husula school hall/canteen building. Husula meets on Tuesdays at 10:30-11:30, after which there is the opportunity to have a school lunch (separate fee), and on Fridays at 8:30-9:30 for morning exercises. You can come in regular everyday clothes, but please bring separate indoor shoes and a water bottle.
Another innovation is registration and payment, which will be made in advance, starting from September 2, 2025.
Both can be done by phone or computer, but you can join the groups even if you don't know how to register and pay yourself. More information: https://www.hamina.fi/liikuntaryhmat-kayntiin-15-9-alkavalla-viikolla-ilmoittautuminen-alkaa-2-9-klo-9/
