Hamina offers a diverse winter holiday program for all ages!
Winter holidays (week 9) are just around the corner, and there are plenty of great things to do in Hamina for all ages! We've put together the best of the week - grab some tips for the winter days and things to do during the holiday week here.
Saturday 21.2.

Hamina Summer Park
There will be winter activities and socializing. Children will be offered sausages and juice, and the opportunity to warm up by a sausage fire. Local singing sensation Emma Daniels will climb onto the terrace stage of the Park Hall at some point during the day to sing children's songs, and Mutte-Poni will also be giving the children a ride.

Hamina Main Library (Library Gallery)
Open poetry and art workshop for families with children. Children's author Tuukka Sandström and visual artist Varpu Eronen's Animal Poems and a Map of Poems workshop combines words and visual art. Sandström and Eronen read animal poems to children, after which they draw a Map of Poems together on a large piece of paper.
Target group: from kindergarten age to high school students.

Singing, playing and playing 30 min / workshop
Workshop start times: 12-12.30, 12.30-13, 13.15-13.45, 13.45-14.15, 14.30-15.Come play and sing together with your children or grandchildren. You can bring your own kantele or ukulele, but you can also borrow an instrument. One group can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

Summa Village and Cultural Center
In the winter wonderland you can experience and see the chilling frost, soft floating snowflakes, playing snowmen and frozen snow queens. The show will take you to a captivating winter wonderland.” The Hamina Teen Circus show is suitable for viewers of all ages. Duration approximately 30 minutes. Free admission!

The coastal workshops are located on Kadettikoulunkatu.

Summa Village and Cultural Center
Welcome the little ones of the family to perform tricks at the Hamina Teen Circus!
A large trick track will be built in the circus hall, where climbing, hanging, jumping and having fun are allowed! An instructor will be on hand to guide you in using the circus equipment. The trick track is aimed at children under school age. 1 workshop/family. Free admission!
