The opening procession of the Elomarkkinat market will affect traffic in the Hamina city center area.

Streets, roads and traffic General

The traditional market procession will start on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM and will follow the route RUK Field–Kadettikoulunkatu–Raatihuoneentori–Fredrikinkatu–Puistokatu–Kaivokatu. Before and during the procession, streets along the route will be closed and traffic will be directed.

Parade spectators and market visitors are asked to avoid driving in the city center and parking along the parade route.
