Marketing authorisation for nicotine replacement products
Medicines Act (395/1987) A sales permit for nicotine replacement products pursuant to Section 54 can be applied for at tobacco sales points using a separate form. Changes in sales must be reported using the same form. A fee will be charged for processing the application in accordance with the rate approved by the Hamina Licensing Committee.
