Obtaining a positive exception decision requires that the site has been approved as a training site for the rescue authority and that the burning is carried out by them. The destruction of buildings by burning on one's own may not be carried out in the area of ​​the municipalities in question. The exception decision is subject to a fee. The fee is determined in accordance with the valid environmental activity fee.

If you want to destroy a building you own by burning it, do this:
