Booking instructions

All plots are available for year-round housing for self-construction on the principle of continuous search in the Hamina Land Use, Kassu, at the address Isoympyräkatu 10 (1st floor). Reservation requires a personal visit, conclusion of a reservation agreement and payment of a reservation fee (500 €). The main form of transfer is rental, the plot can be purchased for oneself when the building is completed. The only form of transfer for the Takkaniemi and Pitäjänsaari plots is sale.
