Small house plots

The transfer prices of detached house plots vary by residential area, starting at 6,00 euros/m.²The largest plots are approx. 1900 m². A property delivery fee (subdivision costs) is always added to the price of plots. Building permit and connection fees are also not included in the price of the plot.
