The Planning and Land Use Unit is responsible for the management and development of the city's assets in accordance with the principles defined in the land policy program.
Types of contracts related to land acquisition, transfer and use rights include:
- Lease
- Bill of sale
- Bill of exchange
- Encumbrance agreement
- Land use agreement
In addition, permits and consents can be granted for temporary and short-term use of land.
