The Hamina Building Control Department uses the electronic Lupapiste service to streamline construction permit processing.

The Building Control Authority advises and guides you on all construction-related questions through the electronic Lupapiste.fi service. You can also ask for advance advice on permit matters through the service's advice request.

Use of the service requires registration. www.lupapiste.fi

ELECTRONIC INSPECTION DOCUMENTS have been introduced for permits at the Permit Point. They can be found on the tab Inspection documentsAfter the supervisors have completed the inspection documents at the permit point, the responsible supervisor orders a final inspection, either by email at rakennusvalvonta(at)hamina.fi or by phone at 05 749 2520.

If you cannot select the inspection document you want, contact the building inspectorate.
