574: Part of block 268 of the Hevoshaa district and adjacent public areas
The proposed local plan and the proposed plot division were on display from 3 June to 6 July 2026. The feedback received did not provide any further reason to change the proposals. The proposals will be submitted for approval by the City Board and City Council in late summer.
The purpose of the change is to enable the construction of a city hall on the block and to review the arrangements of the adjacent public areas.

The purpose of the change is to update the area's building rights and conservation markings to reflect the current situation and to investigate the placement of new single-family house plots in the bus station block.

548: Change of local plan on the property of the former Salmenkylä vicarage, adjacent block areas, and water, boat launch and park areas
The draft city plan was on display from 20 May to 22 June 2026.
Purpose of the change is to change the outdated use designations to reflect the existing situation. The aim is to take into account the necessary protection needs, the ancient remains area and other details affecting the area. A nature conservation and Natura area will also be added to the plan, and a new water area will be planned.

The proposed urban plan was on display from 8 May to 8 June 2026. The feedback received did not provide any further reason to change the proposal. The proposal will be submitted to the City Board and City Council for approval in late summer.
The purpose of the amendment is to review the building rights and regulations of the block area serving educational activities, as well as the demarcation of the block area, to reflect the situation previously granted with deviation and construction permits.
