The third phase of the project utilized the results obtained in previous phases and developed an operating model that clarifies stormwater-related responsibilities and improves the availability and utilization of stormwater-related information.

The implementation and results of the project are presented in the final report. Appendices 1-4 of the report contain more detailed results from the stormwater quality studies 2023-2025. The appendices can be opened in their own tabs using the buttons.

Project worker Tomi Muinonen participated in the implementation of the first phase of the project. Tomi studied at the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences in the environmental technology degree program and completed his thesis on a qualitative and quantitative study of Hamina's stormwater.
