Online appointment booking is available for Hamina and Virolahti offices. Appointment bookings, advice and prescription renewals are primarily available by phone between 8:9-9:15 and for the Hamina office also via online appointment booking. In urgent cases, you can also call the appointment booking numbers between XNUMX:XNUMX and XNUMX:XNUMX. If the call is not answered, please leave a message on the answering machine. Small animals are treated at the reception, large animals at farm visits and stables. 

Payment methods include bank cards, cash and most common credit cards. The booked appointment must be cancelled by 16:33,59 the previous day at the latest. Any non-cancelled appointment will be charged €24 + VAT XNUMX%.

The municipal veterinary fee according to the doctor's contract is applied at the appointments.
