Draft city plans and participation and evaluation plans on display from 20.5.-22.6.2026
The next two draft city plans will be put on display again from 20 May to 22 June 2026, as both plan areas have been expanded.
433: Draft local plan amendment for blocks 67–69 of the Linnotin district and adjacent streets and green areas. The purpose of the amendment is to update the area's building rights and conservation markings to reflect the current situation and to investigate the placement of new single-family house plots in the bus station block.
584: Draft of the local plan amendment for the former rectory property of Salmenkylä, the adjacent block areas, and the boat launch, park and water areas. The purpose of the amendment is to change the outdated use designations to reflect the existing situation.
